1st night in Kathmandu
I arrived last night. The airline lost my bag. To be fair, they lost everyone's bags. So I'm wearing the clothes I left Los Angeles in. In other news, I also got my first advisory warning from the State Department today. The first meeting of the new Constituent Assembly is tomorrow, which means half the city will be shut down. Tomorrow is also my first day of work. If I'm reading ther map correctly (of which there is about a 15% chance) , I have to get through, around, or over 2 of the demonstrations to get to work. Should be an interesting first day.

Rub dirt on your face and camouflage yourself as a muddy person, then you won't get attacked at these demonstrations for being the white devil. (this piece of advice is costing you $0.15 a character)
